Cashew Milk

Matcha 

Iced Latte

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Cashew Milk

  • 
2 Teaspoons matcha 

  • 
Pinch of sea salt

  • 
1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 
1-2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat water to about 140f. 

  2. Using a matcha whisk, mix matcha with just a few teaspoons of the heated water in a matcha bowl to create a paste any remove any chunks or clumps of tea. Then add about a 1/4 cup of water to the paste and whisk into matcha tea. 

  3. Pour the other ingredients into a glass and mix until the honey has dissolved. 

  4. Add ice and then pour matcha over the ice. 

  5. Add raspberries as toping and mix to taste.
